Sorry, there are no physical copies.  The materials are all downloaded.  After purchase, you will have the materials in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes as you follow the instructions.

I get asked this many times over. Unfortunately, it's not a simple answer.  It comes down to your family size,  how much you eat, what produce you grow, your environment, and many other factors.  The systems I help you build will help you supplement your food supply and not replace it.  Obviously, the bigger the system you build less you will be on other sources for your food.
